Hi I've been having a lo t of troubles with my Dell XPS15 L502X Bluetooth. For no reason, aparently, the bluetooth just stops working.

I can tell because almos always I use the mouse listed above, and when it happens, I cannot use BT at all. No file transfer with my smartphone or anything.

At Dell, by the error number that Windows gave when trying to reconnect the mouse, told me that the issue was with the OS. Tried restoration to a 2 weeks earlier and no changes, Leave the PC off for a coupple of days and suddenly it's working again, but the problem just keep comming back, as it is now. Sometimes it works again by turning off and on the radio waves (wifi/BT) and others don't.

Tried by reinstalling the latest drivers from Dell and Intel (it's a Centrino Advanced N-6230) and no difference. Thanks for taking the time reading this and helping.

Unfortunately my problem isn't the same, as in my case, the thing is that the mouse caon't connect to the computer. But when it is connected, I can use all of his features.

Have you tried installing the drivers for the updated version of the 915bt? It's called the Traveller 9150BT, but in my opinion it is the exact same device. In fact, I did tried installing those drivers, and it works fine.
