The SCR3310 continues the line of SCM Microsystems' market-leading smart card reader products based on the STC II smart card interface chip. It supports multiple security applications including PKI, digital signature and personal identification, all in a compact, mobile device. Identive's SCR3310 is a small and ergonomic USB smart card reader, with bottom side mounting holes.
The reader is ISO7816 compliant, and works with all major ISO7816 cards in ID 1 format. The SCR3310 is EMV Level 1 certified for payment and banking transactions. The SCR3310 reader is also available within-field upgradeable firmware Features Downloads.
